Scars milia and spots.

Asked for Male, 20 Years

Despite washing my face twice and taking bath daily, I am facing lots and lots of small dark spots of acne and blackheads (on nose), small holes (pores) on cheeks and milia under my eyes. since I have a very fair complexion, it looks very bad. Also on squeezing that white substance releases. please someone suggest something ?? please. !
