Scarches on both palms.
Both palms are rough.it's bleeding of any work is done .it's painful and after medication also not much improvment. Consulting doc saying it's due to house work like washing but after avoiding all such activities the issue still persist

Greetings. Yes hand eczema could be due to house hold work related water contact but it's also important to rule out if any contact with any substance at work place may be causing this. Also use a moisturizer for your hands from time to time and you'll need a steroid ointment for a few days under prescription by a qualified dermatologist. Hpe this helps. Warm regards
