I have a scar on my feet that occured last year in an accident where I fell off a scooty. This mark seems to have enlarged a little over time. It doesn't hurt or itch but even after using multiple creams and ointments there is no result.

Any injury below dermis will not respond to topical gels or creams. You need to undergo scar resurfacing by laser- co2 laser or plasmapen. That too multiple sessions are required according to response and depth of scar
