Scar due to iron injectio

Asked for Female, 32 Years

During my pregnancy, I had deficiency in iron and doctor asked me to get iron IVF. In order to see any side effects, the nurse gave mild dosage of iron injection in the hand which has a left a black scar :(. The injection was taken in Feb 2016 and still the scar remains the same. How long will it take for the scar to go? Is there any medication for this ? Thanks in advance
