Asked for Female, 25 Years

I have scar due to cut mark at my wrist from past 1 year.I am using mederma cream from past 4 months on it.Scar is light now but still its clearly visible. Need to know about the cost and effectiveness of laser treatment of scars if any..and also how much time will treatment take to completely remove the scar..I m really tensed and ashamed about it..plz help
