Scanty periods due to pcos? Naturally?

Hello Doctors, I am 27 years old. I had UTI in month of june, I went to meet gynecologist and she asked me to get urine culture report apart from that asked to get ultrasound report because she saw acne and recently I gained weight also. I got lower abdomen usg and report said I have multiple follicles in both ovaries. I was still having uti and I changed doctor. By that time my UTI was gone and she did pelvic test. And my report said my right ovaries is bit bulky compare to left one though they are normal in size. She said I don't have PCOS but loosing weight should be my goal. I am married since 1.5 years. Now we are planning for baby. My period cycle is 30-31 days. But I bleed only for two days. Will I be able to conceive naturally? I still don't get if I have PCOS or not. Please guide.
