Scaly Foreskin
Ive had a scaly , rough skin on my penis foreskin, which also has a small cut or wound.
It becomes clean and smooth after I wash with water, but again, it becomes scaly and rough after a while.
Only a part of the foreskin has this problem.
I also have red itchy bumps around the body, which when consulted to a homeo doctor, who said it was because of food.
Could this be because of that too ?
