Scalp psoriasis n dermatitis
I have scalp psoriasis.i had shown a dermat 2 yes back who proposed me ionax t shampoo n topisal 3 lotion.Things worked initially but after I stopped using the medication flares popped up on scalp yet again. Since lst 1 n half months I am using topisal 3 lotion at an interval of 3 days ie twice a week along with a normal shampoo the next day.Things are under control since lst 1 yr.is it fine to use topisal 3 lotion at an interval of 3 days?

Topisal potency is more , if you are fine use the milder one. Don't use any oil on head. It increases seborheic dermatitis. Use ketoconazole based shampoo. Do you have any skin lesions on your body. I thinl its seb derm not psoriasis.
