Scalp psoriasis. And sorvate ointme!

I had corona and after few days  got negative report on 10th may almost 1.5 months before i got cured. in this time i had stress and headache for few days so contacted doctor chandrashekhar(psychiatrist) for stress. he gave me 1 month medicines for stress. so on 5th June. at DNA clinic - i consulted dermetologist Sajini and she told me i have scalp psoriasis. so i have to follow diet. she gave me cream. she told patches are there. clomic-s for 8-9 days. after 10 days i went to her and she told me psoriasis patches are healed so my head is clear now. but i have to follow diet  she told me i can not eat wheat floor, no milk or any dairy products, no lemon or citrous fruits. no tomato or brinjal like vegetables. no tamarind etc.  she gave me selsun shampoo. selenium sulfide topical suspension 3 times week. on 19th June but i had doubt so i consulted dermitologist Ravikant he told no scalp psoriasis related symptoms on head. but he gave me 2 creams for 1 month clomic-s and SORVATE ointme
