The roots of my hair hurt when i tie up my hair.so for the past few months I have given up wearing ponytail and tight bands.i have also cut my hair short as I couldn't tolerate the pain.still now my hair pains at times even if I just use clutches.my hair is also so dry.oil is also not effective.so I have given up applying oil.
