Scalp pain every other day

Asked for Female, 24 Years

I feel a very specific kind of scalp pain which reduces right after shampoo but then comes back the very next day. I can feel this on particular areas of my scalp. I don’t hAve any sort of inflammation or scar or injury. No dandruff or lice either. Never had those problems. This kind of pain has been there since many years but only now, it has gotten very frequent and painful.
