Scalp itchess on applying oil

I ate medication for 1 month,... But was very less effective... Still... I have same problem...my hair is very frizzy, dry, fluffy, curly, I had intense scalp itching, but nw its reduced, but still problem not solved, i have no. Visible symptoms, my scalp itchess, badly on applying less oil, and when i clog my hair with oil and massage itching is not that much, doc prescribed hwash shampoo, oral antiallegery, antibiotic, but no use
