SCALP FOLLICULITIS. My final approach!

Hello doc! Am a medico, but the problem arises when am in +2, one pustule appeared on my head, i dont have enough information about that and thought its okay... The time i joined medicine 1st yr i came to diagnose its folliculitis from that point to now, used all classes of antibiotics and iso tretinoin treatment twice for almost many weeks for each time... Always a hope before consulting doc but later its vanished... Depressed very much! 1)Just want to know one thing is there any cure for S dermatitis (folliculitis) 2) or i have manage till my life 3) apart from bacteria, i have doubt about my inflammatory reasons which may causing this, so please suggest what inflammatory profile tests to be done to rule out, sorry for such a long description, this may be my final approach regarding my problem
