Scalp Foleculitis

I have been scalp folculitis since 5 years and it is very painful and taking treatment from last
5 From known professionals dermatologist.
In my case I had been taking treatment from two doctors I left treatment from my 1st doctor because he is prescribing me several test like ultrasound and Sugar test etc which is not related from scalp folculitis from mine side and said scalp folculitis may be cause you through high insulin and then I left him and while now I am taking treatment from 2nd doctor and he said it is just bacterial infection
What is the issue of mine causing me scalp folculitis and what is the real treatment I can't heal it from 5 years even after taking so much of treatment
