  4. Scalp faulliculitis. U could prescribe?

Scalp faulliculitis
Itchy scalp with red bumps. I already use isptrentoin capsules to control facial acne.i even use syaltar shampoo which contains sylicylic acid nd coal tar. In addition i use wow shapoo which contains no parabean nd chemicals (as they advertise). Should i continue to use it? Any oral antibiotics if u could prescribe?
