I'm suffering from scalp acne for 2-3 years and have taken lots of antibiotics but nothing is working permanently and after every 2-3 months infection take place so can you please hepl me out its so much painful that i can't even sleep and hair volume also get decrease

You may need something to constrict the glands may be some tablets which are prescribed by dermatologist . Better meet a experienced dermatologist.. u can seek help of dr.Suruchi Puri who has a experience of 17 years and since you are from Faridabad you can easily approach the clinic in janak Puri , u may seek a prior appointment. Surely this would be help for you as you have already taken medication
