  4. Scaling of skin on my penis. Bothering.

Scaling of skin on my penis
For at least 2 to 3 months I have this problem of skin scaling, dry skin, mild cuts on penis. When I apply parachute oil or ointment like boroline or candid powder it is ok for 5~6 hours but again it dries up and irritation starts. Scaling is not much but irritation and mild skin cuts are constantly bothering.
