So yesterday my doctor told me I have scabies she gave me the ointment to put all over my body so I did before going to sleep I am not sure if I put enough because today I noticed I have a few new bumps on my arm and testicles should I put more on today or wait 7 days like it says on the directions?

No need to reapply it today.u can reapply it after two weeks again.kindly soak all the clothes in hot water and then wash them if it's scabies
