Scabies and me frustrated by it....

Doctor,i have scabies to scrotum from 3years sir....many times i treated it but it reoccured ,some doctor says that your adicted to itch at night when you sleep, your brain itches daily at same time whem you itched yesterday, i have bumps like structure having some white colour liquid ,many times i tried to crush it down but it is so flexible plus my strotum has dryness at its height.near to it there are strips like structure at my jock so i request you to give proper treatment.
