Salt reduction
Hi All, Sine I was diagnosed with high BP, Doctor asked me to do salt restriction and I went without eating salt for almost 20 days. Later I figured out it's not good to do so. I was having little bit weekness and had ORLS and got electrolytes test. It came normal. I started having salt after that. Little scared If I have had screwed my healt due to this. Advise. Don't stop completely .. just reduce salt <4gm /day Salt is main of sodium for other activities
