This is regarding me, it was found in CT Enterography that large bowel loops is collapsed , it was suggestive of SAIO transition zone likely mid ileum, kindly suggest diet to follow in this condition and treatment apart from surgery as I'm not fit for it, the reason being ailments related to liver, and rheumatoid arthritis
