The dosage as well as the severity of hypertension is what matters as well. In fact these medications do not directly cause a significant change on Bp for a patient who is not severely having Hypertension. For further guidance it’s better to take a online consultation

Both medications are associated with metabolic side effects but dose of medication and for which symptom these medications are prescribed to a patient matters For sleep disturbance, Quetiapine will be better choice and less associated with BP fluctuations at dose 25 mg to 50 mg

Quetiapine is preferred due to lower long-term metabolic and BP elevation risk, though initial postural hypotension should be watched. Olanzapine tends to worsen weight, lipid, and BP parameters with time.
