Safe level of earphones sound
I'm a student, I need to take long hours online class with bluetooth earphones as well as some other reasons well usually I do use them on no more than 50% of their full capacity but it's the time I'm concerned about usually I use them longer than 8 hours offcourse with few break along the way sometimes it gets incremented so how do I use them should I cut down the time limit is there any danger for this particular type of usage patterns please answer i read the article on Google now I'm concerned do please answer

Use the 60/60 rule in case of ear phones. 60% of volume for 60 minutes a day . Anything more than that can cause harm . Also better to use over the head type head phones .
