I am having a lot of personal problems now a days and sometimes I feel suicidal, also have weird thoughts some times, I usually think to do something that I would hate to do, but just want to do because I want to hide me from myself only. I am not able to understand anything and just want to remain in complete isolation. Though I have friends and spend quality time with them.
Please advice Should I consult a psychologist?

To be honest a psychologist would be great for your concerns, but if you're reluctant to go to one, try finding a new hobby and watching videos on positive affirmations to begin and end your day. These symptoms of moodiness could be because of PCOD as well, so consult your gynaecologist as well.
Next Steps
Consulting a gynaecologist and a psychologist (both together) would help.
