Sacrum pain

Asked for Male, 38 Years

Hi I'm facing sacrum pain for past one week often once stool passed the sacrum pain is got reduced,in the year 2020 diagnosed internal hemorrhoids through sigmoidscopy later banding is done for internal hemorrhoids right now I'm burping and sometimes stomach discomfort also in year 2021 done endoscopy the impression is found is LAX LES was found please any one reply for next POA.

Take small frequent meals Avoid spicy, oily, fried and fatty foods Avoid soda containing drinks Drink plenty of water Complete cessation of alcohol consumption and stop smoking (if present) Lose weight Head end raise while lying down Lax LES needs further evaluation So does Internal hemorroids
