Your X-ray and MRI reports do not indicate to anything which might cause you pain. The pathology might be in the hip joint which sometimes is not visible on X-ray.
Next Steps
Please consult for more detailed history and physical examination to pinpoint the cause of this pain.

Hip joint pain may or may not be related to the spine! It is true that a lot of spine pathologies radiated to the hip joint as well, but an MRI of the hip joint to rule out avascular necrosis is also warranted. This being said, a physical examination of both hip joint and spine are required whenever possible.
Next Steps
physical examination of Hip joint and Spine MRI of the pelvis with both hips
