Sacralised l5
Dear doctor my husband age is 32 today he came to know that he have sacralised L5 ( muscle cramp happened so went to hospital and did x ray so it came to know )) doctor said its birth defect, as of now he didn't get any backpain . So in future anything serious about this?and now this sacralised is serious,, ? Any operation needed?? Attached x ray below

This treatment has been  suggested on bases of the information provided. However I would like to examine & investigate your husband in detail. -Control  Hypertension, Diabetes or  metabolic disorder, if there is any.  - Sleep on a hard bed with soft bedding. - Keep no pillow under the head. - Avoid painful acts & activities. - Fomentation with warm water. -Let the part not be exposed cold. -Do mild exercises for the affected part.- back and lower limbs  -Any way it may be tried, --. Ugesic (Piroxicam) 20mg 1tab once  a day x 5days  --. Caldikind plus  (Mankind) 1tab Once  a day x 10 days. Just improve and maintain Back muscle strength as well as flexibility.. Otherwise he may get Disc problems and sciatica...
