7 weeks 5 days: gestational sac size 39 mm, yolk sac size: 2.9 mm, fetal pole seen, fetal heart rate was 154 bpm, cervix length is 2.8 cm,and subchorionic hemorrhage of 28 * 6 mm with no previous miscarriage or bleeding Are both sac sizes normal. And what about cervix length? I am on susten 400 one daily for a month.

Ultrasound is okay but cervical length needs monitoring. You need good progesterone support
