Hello. The high PVR (post void residual) and UTI are due to the enlarged prostate. It is not advisable to self-medicate without proper consultation. Not everyone with headaches gets same medicine in homeopathy. We analyse the root cause of the headache and then treat it accordingly. Similarly, not everyone with prostate enlargement gets the same medicine. Sabal serrulata is not advisable for everyone. Sabal Serrulata is an excellent remedy for prostate enlargement but it always works better with other symptoms too. But it doesn’t have a good result in UTI. Kindly consult a homeopath before starting the medicine.
