Asked for Female, 15 Years

I've been having a nonstop cold and the doctor told me that I have Allergic Rhinitis and he gave me a nasal spray and some medicine that I take every night. But it was already a year since I started my treatment, yet nothing happened. I just want to know if there is something you can suggest that can help me to cure this allergy of mine. Thank you for your consideration.

You seem to be suffering from allergic rhinitis which requires long term treatment with anti Histamine medicines and steroid nasal sprays. There is no permanent cure for this condition and physical exercises can be of some benefit. If your symptoms are persistent you can consider immunotherapy
