I've been having a nonstop cold and the doctor told me that I have Allergic Rhinitis and he gave me a nasal spray and some medicine that I take every night. But it was already a year since I started my treatment, yet nothing happened. I just want to know if there is something you can suggest that can help me to cure this allergy of mine.
