Asked for Male, 30 Years

Hi Dr. Early morning at 4Am, i feel like one of my nasal black and i wokeup and fully removed the runny mucus from it after 1/2 i feel good. Actually im in post covid period. Its been 30+ days. Yesterday i took the CDC test and for the reference im attaching here. Does it mean i was infected with black fungus? Im In medication with soar throat, some antibacterial tablet and pain killer. Please go through it and suggest me..
