Good morning doctor garu,
I baby boy is 11 konths old he is having common cold like runny nose...i am giving t-minic drops 0.5ml 2 times a day from 3 days still he is having runny nose what to do...my child is well active...and keep doing good about food also and I am a nursing mother...I breast feed him...any any other alternative medicine or antibiotic plz doctor
