Boy - 2 Year 2 Months Weight - 10.8 Kg
My son has had a cold and runny nose for the past 2 days. He has vomited twice once after within a minute of giving maxtra. Vomit has milk and a little bit of food particles. Giving him Maxtra, Ondem and Nobel-Plus (if Fever). Do I give him Enterogermina or Domstal or any Antibiotic along with the above medicines.
