Runny nose, and cough.

Asked for Male, 19 Years

I am having runny nose, spitting out yellow colored cough. Fever comes in morning and goes as quickly as it comes. Doctor gave me Tab wicoryl Tab levocet Tab cefaloc 200 Tab atarax Tab Telekast f Syp grillintus. Taking these medicines from last 4-5 days but no relief yet.
