Sir, Right from my childhood i have fallen prey of frequent attacks of influenza. Whenever i visit a cold place or eat citrus fruits i get it. Last time i visited kashmir and not more than a hour there i was feeling the onset of running nose. Kindly Help.

If you are sure that it's due to influenza then you can get vaccination against it and it will really help. I would like you to suggest to have a consultation with an ENT doctor to confirm the diagnosis so that proper treatment could be initiated
