Montec LC is for prophylactic use not a treatment medication. In weather conditions like this you should continue to take montair pc for at least 2 months regularly starting from mid December.
Looks like you have allergic symptoms, nasal spray will help you. Swallowing irritation?? Does it pain while swallowing food or it’s a constricted feeling in the throat?
