Running Nose - Breastfeeding Mother
Hi I am breastfeeding mother with twins of 2.5month. I frequently catch cold and running nose is most likely it stays for 3-4 days. Paracetamol does not work for me. Looking for some long term solution

It may be allergic rhinitis.. kindly find the trigger causing the same and avoid it..  since your A feeding mother , you can take ceterzine 5 mg at night time but will make you little drowsy. Kindly visit a nearby ent surgeon or online consultation to help you.
