Rubella Syndrome. Online consultation.

In 2016 we had a baby but later we got to know that my wife would be Rubella infected so my baby too and after 7 months she died. Our doctor said to take vaccination for my wife and wait for one year for parenting again. We did the same and after one year my wife pregnant again. After six month of pregnancy we got to know that we have twins but the babies had some problems. We visited to consult the doctor again and got to know that it was again the rubella because if that we had to abort the babies. After an year my wife again vaccinated but because of corona we didn't visit to doctor. But we took all the medicines in which three months course was there too. Recently we have visited doctor again where she had taken torch test of my wife. But again the problem is same now we are feeling very helpless and don't know now what should we do.
