Rubella-IgG pregnancy
My spouse, aged 34, is having 8 weeks 2 days pregnancy. On 6th May, her serum sample was collected for Rubella IgG test. We have received the report. The value is 224.57 IU/mL. What should we do now?

You should have got  IgM also done.  That will be more relevant when she is pregnant.

It's igG positive means she has rubella infection in the past. It is not going to affect the current pregnancy, infact baby will be immune to rubella because of transfer of maternal antibodies to baby by placenta
