Took rt-pcr test yesterday, today i got the result as negative but suddenly i got fever and itching in my throat.

Please err on the side of caution and consider yourself as positive. Sometimes the tests can give a false result as they are not 100% accurate. Isolate yourself and watch out for any symptoms. if there is any new symptom or you are getting breathless (monitor your SpO2) then definitely start treatment. Otherwise just use paracetamol 500mg 3 times a day
