Rt. Ovarian cyst
My mother Manzoora aged 54 years complained of pain near left kidney yesterday. Got the urine examination done which shows 18-20 pus cells and 2-3 rbcs. Today we got the USG done which shows rt. Ovarian cyst with internal septae (6.6:6.9:7.6 cms,vol:181 ml).The radiologist has advised to go for a C.E.C.T pelvis.plz adv

pain could be due to urinary tract infection....consult gynecologist to evaluate for further signs and symptoms and co relate with reports ....
