RPOC after d and c
Hello sir/mam,
My wife d and c done at 8.5 weeks pregnancy and took misoprostol 200 for 2 days after d and c.Post 4 days of d and c she undewent tvs which shows RPOC( echogenic contents with vascularity 6.5mm ×5.4mm. She doesnt have any active bleeding or any cramps/pain in abdomen. Please advice what to do? Will it go off after first menses or it requires some medical or surgical treatment.?

There was no need to do USG so early if did not have any complaints sir. Since presently she is asymptotic in my opinion nothing needs to be done.
