  4. Round Spot inside nail. Get rid of that.

Dear Doctors, My brother has got an very small spot like inside his finger nail and has little pain when he press that. But outside nail is totally fine. I have attached 2 pictures of the same. Could you please tell what it might be and how to get rid of that. Thanks in Advance.
