Round black patches in my underarms
Hi doctor,can you please suggest the reason for dark patches in my underarms.
It is seen in both the armpits.
Kindly advise.

Seems to be fungal infection which is very common and reasons are like excess humidity oily skin etc
It's harmless though it can be treated
