My scalp is so rough in some areas of my head.regularly the rough portion will removed.what is the remedy for this.Is this dandruff.I consult so many doctors but i cant cure.i have a habit of eating raw rice.so many blackspot are in my face.is all occur because of eating raw rice.pls aware me

Rice has nothing to do with this issue. It is called seborrhic dermatitis. U need to use a salicyclic acid based shampoo for proper cleansing always.
