Its looks like Lsc /intrensic eczema.
Use good moisturiser like elovera IMF cream twice daily after taking bath or after washing it , avoid soaps,detol,spirit.. etc for cleansing.
After 5-10 minutes application of above said moisturizer you can apply Clonate-F cream antibiotic plus anti-inflammatory cream on top of the first cream .
Tab.dazit-M daily night for 2 weeks after food .
Once problem becomes normal , itching & dryness reduced maintain it with Moisturex cream alone twice daily.
