Rough intercourse, seeking medical advic

Asked for Female, 36 Years

My partner n i had rough anal sex n its been about 1 week since. But I've been having cramps in my abdominal area,plus i didn't have to poop until about a day ago.N when i pushed to poop.i felt cramps running across my lower private area n some cramps towards my anal area. Could i have hurt my insides? Should i seek medical attention? Please help
