Rough and non healing patch on hand.
I have had a rough red patch, located on my left wrist, is not healing. I feel itching on it once or twice a day. I consulted a doctor and he injected me on several places over the patch and also gave me medicines through which it got healed in 4-5 days. But after a week the patch got built again on my skin.
