Hi Doc's I have acute pain in my wisdom tooth from past 1 week, half of the tooth is broken and there is a hole and affecting neighbouring tooth Pain all over the LHS of the face including ear, eye and head

Hi Acute pain on wisdom tooth is usual at time of eruption .If there is no adequate space in your jaw it will give sometime severe gum &jaw pain. Remove the wisdom tooth ASAP . Take salt water gargle .Don't allow food to stay there.  Take Tablet Ketoral DT twice daily .

You will need antibiotics and painkillers. Extraction of the wisdom tooth and the adjacent tooth may require a filling or root canal treatment

Hi. You need to have your wisdom tooth extracted immediately before it gets infected.
