Hi. You have a posterior horn of medial meniscus tear with extrusion. Before advising anything, I need to know that if you have a sudden onset of very severe pain on the back and on the medial side of the knees. And this pain is not making you walk for few metres also despite you take any medication for few weeks. If all the answers are yes, then you have to go in for key hole surgery depending your xrays are not too bad. This surgery is should be done by the one who has been trained in doing this and it's difficult one. I have done last month for my patient and she is doing very well and happy.
